DISCONNECTS

When sending mail, I get an error that says " Unable to find SMTP host"
I get an error message saying "User logon failed, please enter a new password"
Sporadically, I get a message when trying to get my email that says "Please enter a new password".
When getting my mail, I get an error message that says "Unable to find DNS"
When I send email, only people who use CE Net can get it.
I send email, it leaves my machine, but then I get it back. Why?
I write email, but then no one answers or replies to them.
I sent email hours ago and it still hasn't reached its destination! Why?
I keep downloading the same messages over and over again.

I can't connect at 56k, 33.6 or even 28.8.
How can I get full 56k speed?
